Our commune of Les Trois Lacs inaugurated new hiking trails covering our three villages on Saturday May 4, 2024. On this occasion, 90 residents discovered the circuits and signage put in place in advance.​

This great initiative will give everyone the opportunity to become aware of the landscape and environmental dimension of one of the most beautiful meanders of the Seine. The Gilbert de Venables Cultural Center in this context shared its knowledge on the little history of the paths of the three communes where numerous testimonies of its history are present.

Knight Gilbert de Venables and his friends Roger II de Tosny and Guillaume and Hugues de la Mare contributed to the history of our heritage which we continue to enrich with the new history of the commune of Les Trois Lacs. We invite all Venables Families to come and enjoy our beautiful countryside and follow in the footsteps of their famous knight Gilbert.
